Burpee and Shoulder Press Combo
Burpees are a great way to jumpstart your beach body fitness program because they work every major muscle group while also getting your heart rate up for some serious fat-burning cardio. Consider changing things up, though, by holding a pair of light dumbbells.
Get into a pushup position with the dumbbells in your hands and your feet behind you, keeping the spine in a long, straight line. Jump your feet in, lift your body up, raise the dumbbells straight over your head to target the arms and shoulders, and then get back down into the pushup position by jumping the feet back. Repeat.
According to Bazaar, mountain climbers are a top choice for those who want to get bikini ready quickly. This workout will target your core, as well as your legs and arms.
Start by getting into a regular plank position. Lift the right foot off the floor and bring the right knee to the left side of the chest. Bring the right foot back, set it down on the floor again, and repeat the movement with your left foot by bringing the left knee across to the right side of the chest. If you don’t want the twisting motion, bring the right knee to the right elbow before bringing it back to the starting position, and then switch sides. Either way, try to keep the movement going for about 30 seconds or more.
